Free equipment for children aged 0 to 4 years
Upon guest request: 4 120 cm long cots (complete with sheets, blankets, duvets, and pillows), 4 high chairs, 2 bouncers, 4 booster seats, 3 mountain backpacks for children up to 15 kg, 4 side guards for single beds, 2 playpens, 1 safety gate for the internal staircase, 2 changing tables with baby baths, 4 toilet seat reducers, plastic cutlery and cups, dishwasher-safe latex bibs, and a bottle warmer.
General house rules
- Minimum age to rent: 25 years
- No more than three pets allowed
- It is not permitted to leave motorcycles and electric cars for children in the rain.
- The installation of swimming pools is not permitted.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house, only outside.
- Pet waste must be collected and disposed of in the black garbage bag.
- Recycle waste using the designated containers provided.
- Every Saturday, the owner, by prior arrangement with guests, will arrange for garbage collection
- For guests staying more than a week, by prior arrangement, the owner will bring clean sheets and collect used sheets every Saturday (free of charge).
The two structures are not suitable for people with disabilities
Pre-arrival instructions
- Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Guests will be greeted by the owner, who, in addition to handing over the keys, will explain all the amenities available.
- Identification documents will be required and will be forwarded to the police.

Instructions before departure
- Check-out is by 9:00 a.m.
- Load and run the dishwasher.
- Used toys must be put away neatly and cleanly.
- Before leaving, turn off the lights, heating, and air conditioning
- If you need to leave early, please contact the owner.
Please remember that bookings made directly with us,
do not include the commissions usually paid to online sites!
Mandatory additional costs to be paid at the time of booking:

Rates
- Rates are per night for the entire house and not per person.
- Minimum stay: 3 nights. Maximum stay: 28 days.
- Single beds for adults are not available.
- There is no tourist tax.
- Discounted rates are not available for guests who bring their own linens.
- The guest will pay for their stay as follows:
- At the time of booking, they will pay a deposit equal to 40% of the stay + any applicable additional costs.
- 15 days before arrival, the guest will pay the remaining 60% balance
Payment Methods:
- Credit cards, bank transfer.
Refund Policy
- If the reservation is cancelled before 30 days of arrival, the guest will receive a 100% refund.
- If the reservation is cancelled 15 days before arrival, the guest will receive a 50% refund.
- If cancellation occurs 14 days before arrival, no refund will be made.
- In the event of a departure of a few days early, the unused days will not be refunded.
