Casa Vacanza Elena is a detached villa, spacious both inside and out, recommended for families with children or a group of six. Since its inception, families have called it "Paradise for Children."
Located in a quiet area at the entrance to the village of Sanyino and very easy to reach by car. Guests can access the property directly by car without any problems.
The land can easily accommodate up to five cars.
The garden, expanded by 1,000 square meters in 2025, was specifically designed to make holidays special for children, adults, and pets.
The garden features a practical sink, a gazebo with a table and six chairs, a gas barbecue, a herb garden, a relaxation area with six sun loungers, a large, convenient clothesline, and a beautiful playground with a trampoline, swing, slide, playhouse, tunnel caterpillar, table, baby pool, and a crocodile swing.
There's also a separate area for waste sorting.
Going up the stairs you access the house, all on a single floor.
The bright kitchen is well-equipped: a large refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, electric convection oven, microwave, pod coffee machine, drip coffee maker, electric coffee grinder, kettle, toaster/grill, juicer, mini pipper, spices, herbal teas and teas, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, and breakfast cups.
Already available free of charge for kitchen and household cleaning: detergents, dishwasher tablets, and dishcloths.
The well-lit, south-facing dining room features a comfortable, large leather corner sofa, an extendable table with six chairs, satellite TV, air conditioning, a tourist corner with brochures and maps of the area, and board games for children.
The three bedrooms are all very bright and spacious, equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV.
Bedroom 1: Double bed with 2 bedside tables, large wardrobe with 2 sliding doors, dresser, balcony. It can comfortably accommodate two 120 cm long baby cots.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed, 2 bedside tables, dresser.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed, 2 bedside tables
Sheets, blankets and duvets are provided free of charge.
There are two bathrooms:
Main bathroom with: window, shower, toilet, bidet, vanity unit, heated towel rail, first aid kit, two hairdryers, and toilet paper.
Service bathroom with: window, sink, toilet, heated towel rail, toilet paper.
A complete bathroom set is provided free of charge for each guest: 1 large towel, 1 medium towel, 1 small towel.
There is a closet with a vacuum cleaner, clothesline, ironing board, iron, brooms, and cleaning equipment.
Equipped with: Gas detector, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher Gas heating or air conditioning.
Going to the basement, you enter the "Paradise for Children" playroom, the flagship of the house, beloved and designed specifically for parents and children of all ages. The first room features a sink, pingpong table, foosball, electric cars and motorcycles, and bicycles.
The second room features a convenient laundry room with a washing machine, games for the little ones, and a library corner with books for all ages in four languages: Italian, English, French, and German.
For the more creative, there's a small table for drawing and coloring, using the sketchbooks and markers already provided.
In the third room, there's a beautiful tent where you can explore the fairy world through various educational games.
