It's a 90-square-meter villa on two floors, suitable for families of 2 to 4.

The house is very well maintained and equipped with every comfort, making guests feel at home.

The garden is fully fenced, with convenient parking on the property, a corner with aromatic herbs, a gazebo with a table and 6 chairs, a gas barbecue, and 4 sun loungers and a porch with a table and 2 chairs.

In the garden, children can enjoy a delighƞul playground complete with a slide, swing, playhouse, and watchtower.

Upon entering, you'll find a beautiful and welcoming dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, a play area for children of all ages, a tourist information corner, a double sofa bed for two, an extendable table with four chairs, a sideboard, satellite TV, and air conditioning.

The kitchen features a large refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, electric convection oven, microwave oven, coffee pod machine, drip coffee maker, electric coffee grinder, kettle of water, toaster/grill, juicer, mini pipper, spices, herbal teas and tea, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, and breakfast cups.

Already available free of charge for kitchen cleaning: household detergents, dishwasher tablets, and dishcloths.

There are two bathrooms:

On the ground floor is the guest bathroom with a window, vanity, and sink, a washing machine with detergent and fabric softener, a toilet, a heated towel rack, and toilet paper.

On the first floor, near the bedroom, is the main bathroom with a window, shower, toilet, bidet, sink, heated towel rack, first aid kit, hairdryer, and toilet paper.

A complete bathroom set is provided free of charge for each guest: 1 large towel, 1 medium towel, and 1 small towel.

Going up the stairs, you reach a comfortable, spacious mezzanine with a large wardrobe with two sliding doors.

The bedroom features a double bed that can be converted into two single beds if needed, two bedside tables, satellite TV, air conditioning, a fan, and a French window that leads to a lovely balcony overlooking the garden with a convenient and large clothesline.

Sheets, blankets and duvets are provided free of charge.

There is a closet with a vacuum cleaner, clothesline, ironing board, iron, brooms, and cleaning equipment.
